1. Feeding Unit
Adopt pneumatic front lay, can control lap accurately. Pressure gauge helps control the pressure. Man-machine interface controling plate is easy to operate.
2. Lamination Unit
The diameter 320 chrome roller is equipped with a built-in oil heating system, the temperature is more even and stable. Adopt air shaft, convenient for film roll to load and unload, accurate positioning, and film release tightness can be adjusted as needed.
3. Cutting Unit
Adopt pneumatic separating rollers, equipped with IR sensor, can ensure machine running in a good condition. Corrugated anti-curvature device, designed for thin paper, make the delivery more aligned and steady.
Spring punch knife helps the pneumatic separating device cut the sheets without waste film. Guiding wheel ensures stable delivery.
